Insulation: HDPE grade extruded on a Tandem line with online testing of diameter, high voltage, capacitance, centricity.
Twisted Pairs: The cores are twisted with suitable lays and bunched together. They are covered with polyester tape to avoid ingression of moisture, provide mechanical support and heat resistance to wires within and minimize the cross talk.RipCord: A nylon rip cord is provided in order to safely peel off the Sheath without damage to the cores.
Sheath: The laid up pairs are sheathed with a special Flame Retardant (FR) compound.
