This specially formulated insualtion compound is high temprating of 105c for short duration upto 125c.

Conductor

The conductor of a cable is like the heart of the human being. The function of the conductor is to carry current like the heart circulates blood in the body. If the blood circulation is irregular & improper, it may cause various diseases in the body, similarly, if the copper conductor is not good may be due to reasons of impurity of copper, hardiness of copper, improper bunching (i.e. loose, longer lay length and air gap), the current carrying capacity will reduce and will have inductive losses. This forces us to use higher size of cables (conductor) for safety purpose, and thus we end up paying more for less output.

The conductor is known as hilay thin strands of electrolytic copper are multi-drawn simultaneously for uniformity of resistance, dimension, flexibility ; drawn strands are collected and unit-laid in high precision machines and further compacted, thus inheriting the following properties, which are absent in ordinary bunch conductor cable.
